So I had some extra parts, some extra wood, and some extra time. I decided to build a box for the parts to take along on trips. The inside of the box is coated with duplicolor truck bed liner. The inside is divided into two areas the bottom and a removable top shelf. On the bottom is a steering rack and a half shaft. The top shelf has a pair of both inner and outer tie rods, a 36mm socket and a breaker bar, a 12" crecent wrench and a bag with assorted metric nuts and bolts. All of the parts and tools are held in place with metal loops and zip ties. The lid of the box has weather stripping to keep out dust. The box fits length wise in the back of the 3 with a 1/4 " to spare

Ya got a pair of dikes (not the Rosie and Elen kind) stashed in that box to snip those zip ties?

(Do not ask me why I am asking you that).............

Nice job.
