Check engine light is on and I got the P0420 code. Probably O2 sensor or catalytic converter. Anybody else deal with this one?

It turns out this code is mainly for a bad cat converter or O2 sensors, I was lucky and it turns out I have a bad O2 sensor. Only 49k miles on my 05 so I would of been shocked if the cat was actually bad. Good thing I have an honest mechanic.
