Sorry Paulo...I don't know whatsup with the photos. They appear fine on my PC....but not on my Iphone. I do know the H4O photo uploader is goofy these days....seems to double-load everything as both a separate attachment, and also in the body of the text. The "advanced" uploader has not worked for me in over a year...so I'm forced to use the basic uploader. I see several other posts with the same double-attachment issue.

Probably user-error...I'm dumber than a Miss America contestant when it comes to computers.

Can you text them to me

4speed I spoke to Paulo54 yesterday about the soa and can't find the pic of the "ears" that position the spring perch for you after you cut off the bump stop bracket do you still have that pic?

Ok guys so I went to Rocky Road yesterday to have them fix a set of their sliders. I asked them about the old man emu kit and they said basically it's just a torsion crank in the front, different leaf springs in the back with different shocks all around. Supposed to give you a "nicer" ride. Whatever that means. Lift was something like 1" lift. blah. I have the torsion crank already done so it's not even worth looking at.

I think for what most people are going for on this thread is already advanced past the emu lift.

So back to the original.

Besides Rancho is there anything else out there for just a front only lift to help with the SOA? Albeit the Rancho is a front AND back kit only, that has been discussed in other threads and it doesn't look like there is any way around that.
Are we looking at a whole rancho kit as our only option?

Paulo liter bikes are the only way to go. :)

So far you can only get as a complete kit, and yes Rancho is the only option.
Im planning on ordering the kit sometime in august. Shipping is gona cost me 550 USD alone just to get it here (so if someone finds a way to get front only Ill be saving alot on both shipping and paying for springs that will eventually sag). That way ill save money that would be better spent on an SOA!

Dude 4wheelonline.com has the kit for 2,140 or so plus free shipping and I believe u can still get the $400 rebate on it I'm looking on the rancho kit as well. Another option is trail duty...they have it as well for the same price but shipping is like 140. And u can still get the rebate as well...just a thought.

I think if you can get the kit for 2,140 and then get the 400 dollar visa card that would be awesome. that would essentially bring you down to 1740. Install it yourself that will save a ton, then bring the brand new rancho springs to the scrap yard and that should pay for your ruffstuff kit, do the spring over disconnect your swaybars front and rear and you will be able to run with the best of em, minus rigs on 40in tires.

For around 2k you can have a kickass off road machine.
