I am getting the "Service Stab Sys" & "Traction Failed" messages and it won't go in 4 High or 4 Low. I have:
Cleaned all the wheel speed sensors;
Installed a new encoder motor and made sure the wiring harness was closed securely;
Checked all the fuses;
Put a code reader on it and got an error code C0329 Low Encoder Circuit.
I have not tried replacing the TCCM because they are expensive and I have read might require programming.
I have been driving it this way for almost a year - it doesn't affect the way it runs. Runs good.
Looking for any suggestions - thanks!

Have you verified the encoder works? i.e. you didn't get a dead one..
I'd check each of the wires going to the encoder and when I mean check, find where each one's terminates on the other end (say at a splice pack or the pcm). Unplug that end and then test to make certain there is continuity but also that the wire can carry current. U can use a small test light for this.

Are you using a bi-directional scanner? They usually show a lot more information than the typical phone app. You will also be able to cycle through settings with the scanner and look for voltages.

Have you tried replacing the Yawl sensor ? Prices have went up but still much better than you'll be able to find elsewhere. Even the auto part stores are outrageous and the GM dealers should be ashamed of themselves.
Located under the driver's seat. Just cut the carpet back a bit more after putting the seat all the way foreword to gain access.
