Stability system failed

I was driving today and service stability system failed started popping up on my dash and the traction off light came on too. What could be wrong?

Check the Abs wires on your front hubs. Ive recently had grease cover one of the wires and that msg came up, washed it and all good! (At least my experience)

08H3 had a similar issue with a rear ABS sensor. I think he said a diagnostic tool will actually tell you which corner is failing. Might save you the hassle of replacing them one at a time.

I'm late to this thread, but I just wanted to share I had issues similar to this and I was told it was the PCM. (My h3 completely shut off on the highway within 14 hours of purchasing it.)

THIS! I had my entire front end off for a whole new suspension and axle. After I got all the new stuff on I didn't get one connected all the way and had the same message. Unclipped it and clipped it back in and it went away.
