Any ideas on why tc seems to be changing between 4hi 4hi lock and 4lo lock but isn't truly locking. Indicator lights show it changing but in hi lock or lo lock it still acts as if in hi open.

Fix it with the new metal fork and you're good to go for many years. Far cheaper than any other option.

Gears ate up too from the fork not engaging them fully. If it was mine I'd set it on fire and run
