Not sure if international shipping is being considered, but it appears to be about $200. Due to the weight, they'd have to be shipped in two separate boxes.

This answer is unofficial... I'm told they are about 8" x 8" and either 0.75" or 1.0" thick. So estimating how much steel is left after the angled corner is machined off and the and the shock cutout is removed.... I'm going with 12-15 lbs each. Can anyone confirm?

Sorta. Sennin is one of those and we'd have to figure out international shipping. And since Tomp is doing the work, it's up to him if the hassle is manageable.

Going to USPO today and I'll check on international shipping. It was my suggestion to him to use a service out of Florida for me to send the parts to and this company takes care of it from there. I don't know the name of the company as the international shipping I have done with them in the past was setup through them by the buyer. Perhaps if someone has time to lookup this company out of Florida that would help. I'm having to take off work to go to post office just to get pricing.
