I got a good deal on the starr hid projector headlights and I installed them this weekend.

I still haven't perfected my double-clutch timing between first and second. Nailed it on the rest though.

Always wanted those Projectors, but can justify the cost! Guess I'll have to retrofit a set!

Nothing since new shoes last December (geez has it been that long already) will get to put them to good use in 2 wks when a good group of us is going down to Marble Falls, Texas for some wheelin!

Congrats fish! :cheers: and so far I really like the projectors. They make a huge different in night driving. They have a clean cut off and they are extremely bright. I also got a good deal from head light revolution for them too.

I installed my Scorpworks Steering Support Bracket but then I developed a clicking noise when I turned the steering wheel, especially at rest. I discovered that the rack was shifting side to side and a hydraulics fitting was bumping into the steering support bracket, causing the noise. Replacing the Scorpworks bracket with the OEM bracket eliminated the noise, but I felt that the OEM bracket was just masking the problem. The bushings were shot and the skinny OEM bracket allowed the rack to shift further before contact.

So I bought a new steering rack off ebay and two sets of Steering Rack & Pinion Mount Bushing SuperPro SPF3882K from :link:. Then I had Tustin Hummer install the new steering rack with the new bushings and the Scorpworks steering Support Bracket. The problem appears the be solved.

I was hoping to test it in the Cleveland National Forest this weekend, but it is raining and the gate is locked. It is a bitch living 1/2 mile from the entrance and when your ready to go the gate is locked.

Installed the bump stops and 5100's on three corners...

and wouldn't you know it the last shock to go on the rear pass side I buggered up one of the two mounting bolts on top... :no:
