I am playing with a gps on the ipad for offroad use. I'm also thinking about putting in some small motorized rollers at the mid point of the sliders to I can stop worrying about getting high centered

We are planning on testing the Ipad to see how it does during off road use as a gps, angle finder, internet, ect.

I am with HII but will be getting a Transformer Tablet with the keyboard.

I have found apps I like for trails on my Droid phone but have troubles reading it. I need a portable device anyways so the Transformer is a welcome addition.

There's a big list of "pending" but the next ones on the list are an aftermarket oil cooler and a gauge pod set.

:corn:

I have a laptop that I am thinking of using in the truck, but it is almost too big to fit up front with a passenger.

Interested to see what you come up with that works well with the tablets.

hmm... I have to finish up the transfer of gear over from my H3:

  1. Drill out top of winch cradle to mount in front receiver of H2.
  2. Run quick-connect wires front / rear for the winch.
  3. Mount radio antennas and wire up radios.
  4. Mount / route wires for backup camera (still trying to figure out how to get inside the truck from the back end).
  5. Install OBA / fabricate skidplate for rear of truck to mount / protect tank (tanks in the future).

Do you still need the light switches? I have two new ones with the pigtails I could sell you. They both an up arrow on them. PM me if interested.

I have started testing the GPS HD motionx on the ipad (cheap app download) -- Decent simple GPS tracking is getting pretty cheap these days. I liked my first tracking out to a few farms yesterday

Found this Gobi rack for the T. Had to get it. Got it on right before the Moab trip. Thank you Timgco & Expedition Hardware!

Delivered within 3 days after I ordered it. Now that is customer service. Had it loaded with stuff on the way to Moab & back. Also compliments the roof top tent quite well.
