Very true with all the bolt and everything eles taking a dump on us ease $100.

I added one more piece in the bottom to make it all flow right, made sure that it will still turn.

Are you talking about those handicap bathroom assist rails on the hood?

OK.....If you are doing a cutom BG, then my point/question is moot.

Were you going to use an OEM or aftermarket guard, then there "might" have been a fitment issue were you to use the factory mounting points.

Uprights would have been very close to the fogs and might not have cleared the winch plate.

Not an issue with a custom.

I know my SMA will not clear the overhang on my BA winch bumper without some fab work (hence the question).

I was thinking that, the winch plate is and half an inch out and like you said there a good chance the fog lamps will be blocked.

OK I'm thinking of paint for everything below the grill. I was thinking Herculinebut I don't want it to feel like sandpaper and I don't want want it to fad also. Came across Monstaliner and I seen someone paint their Colorado with it and it looks great. I had bed armor one my tow loops and 6 months later they where and awful color grey. Pretty much what's out there and what have you used?

OK this is where I'm at right now beside on 24 hour CQ duty at my unit's barracks, I picked up 3/16 metal sheet a few days ago and the front end should be all done on Monday. I don't know if I'll have time to lay down the bed liner that same day but I hope to have my fog lamps back on the a new front end!!!!:) :horns: :woot:

Nice! Keep an eye on the body flex vs. your bumper. The body can flex a bit and the grill might hit the metal.
