I have a few favorites, Painted wheels, PlastiDip emblems and H4O sticker.

The PlastiDip turned out great Jared.

Old school, left over rattle can paint and tape method for me.

also figuring out how to use wife's Cricut machine to cut vinyl to make custom lettering:shifty:
You have to get really bored in the winter for some of this!
Figuring out the OEM roof rails have detents and avoid placing a cross rail clamp on one then adding a washer to the pin so they tighten up and can haul two spares or spare and camping gear without movement.

How did you do that?!?! Did u jus cut it in half? And how's the clarity In the radio?

Just took it to my bench grinder. Eyeballed the height I thought would look good. Glued a rubber cap on the end. Reception is fine for local am/fm stations...but the Monsoon was made for CD's.

I can't pic a favorite cheap mod tbar lift, tinted front windows for 60 or custom built brush gaurd for 120 and also this thread is great and has me wanting to do some of these!

$48 shackles off ebay. (one piece of metal, no welds to break.)

Unreal the difference 2" makes... clearing things I used to hit before for that little $$ is WAY cool.

Keep in mind that the T-bar lift isn't free when you add the cost of the necessary alignment.

Ok you guys are going to laugh at mine - my favorit 'cheapest' mod is my little truck stop side view peeper mirrors. $4.99 and gets rid of the blind spot.

I almost creamed a Miata that was driving right next to me on my pass side, he was too little, I could barely see his roof.:giggle:

Not buying torsion keys when the mechanic & parts guy at the HUMMER Stealership said they ride better and are the only way to get 35s to fit. Still the Best mod to date!
Cost: $0.00
Saved us: Time, Cash and never went back to that dealer again. So I guess it also saved us headaches from improper diagnosis and B.S. answers on warranty issues!
