    Porsche Cayenne Build

So Eurowise is one of the best sources for parts and upgrades for the Cayenne/Touareg platform and they also support some other european platforms like G-Wagon. Some of their stuff feels a little pricey, but its all high quality and USA made. I played around trying to decide what to build out...

    Porsche Cayenne Build

I got to a point mid last year where I was in the garage and stared and had a moment. I came to the realization that I basically had two toys in the garage and no real daily driver. The H3 has been serving me well, but its not the most refined thing on the road. I was up over 420k miles...

2006 Hummer H3 still going strong

    Winch bumper options in 2025

CJ is that the last of current stock or the last of them period? I really want to replace the whole bumper because the diesel has shaken everything loose on the stock plastic one.

    4BT + 6L80e

Just some updates on this. Still going strong. I'm at 428K miles and just drive mostly for work trips, but my audi was under the garage for a stretch last year with timing belt and cam chain issues so I was driving it as my primary. Just got back from a work trip to New Orleans and averaged...

    Winch bumper options in 2025

OK. I'm due for some updates. Like the title says, looking for what my options are in the current climate. I'm at the stage in life that between time and money, I have money and no time. I've contemplated trying to DIY something but realistically, i don't have the time to spend doing it. I...

    Ultimate IFS upgrade package....

Very tempting but I wouldn't make the best use of it. I need a new cross member anyway and the drop would help keep it away from my oil pan.

Is it possible to install a 4l80 transmission in my 07 H-3 with the 3.7 engine?

What problem are you trying to solve with a "bigger" transmission. 4l60 and 4l80 transmissions are dinosaurs.

    Pickle's Solid Axle Swap

I'm running a stock transfer case with a 6L80. But it takes some fabrication and also disassembling the entire transmission to get to the output shaft to cut it down to a 27 spline.

    3.7L to 3.5L Swap

Whats wrong with the 3.7? Is it not rebuildable?

Transfer Case that will accept 32 spline of 6L80

I got your PM. I'll get you some info over email. As far as novak, yes it's the same adapter as in the jeep kits. Give them a call, you only need the bare adapter, not all the other stuff in the kit. I think they labeled the part as a 6L81 and I recall it was $395 about 4 years ago.

Transfer Case that will accept 32 spline of 6L80

Conversion shift shaft add this to your list. Let's you keep the factory shift quadrant wiring. I wish this was available when I did mine. I had to use relays for the park and reverse and wire that into my harness. No mods are necessary for the shift cables. It fits right on 6L80e. I...

Transfer Case that will accept 32 spline of 6L80

I'm obviously far from a stock setup but the 6 speed is a night and day difference from the 4. It was well worth the effort in my case and I think 06h3 doesn't regret his choice either. We are both also running tap shifting which is a nice feature. If I had less common sense I'd like to find...
