We're in Montrose, CO. Taking dirt from here all the way into Moab. Camping out tomorrow night 1/2 way, getting in Sunday.

Opinions needed. Think it is ok to wheel without the bottom half of the bushing?

Just left st George. Left SoCal at 5 15 this morning but hit bad traffic in Vegas. Took me an hour to get past that since they shut the 15 down. Will stop to get groceries in Richfield then straight to Moab!

When I rolled through Vegas, there were some 8 motorcycle cops pulling damn near everyone over on the freeway, but of course mostly out-of-state drivers.....

What happened to the other half? You should be able to find another bushing maybe at Moab 4x4 outpost? Seems like a general bushing should work.

Does it clunk when you go on and off the gas? If not you should be good

Vibrated loose on the freeway. Bolt and bottom half completely gone. Have a new bolt and washer holding it together now. Rancho bushing kit is the same for several GM kits so fingers crossed. A lot of stores closed for the holiday.

O'Reilly in Moab will be open and we'll make something work. That particular store always has some off road stuff as do other shops in Moab.

Thought you guys were camping Chris. Bebe's we can do ugly beans and cornbread every night as far as I am concerned.

Camping tonight somewhere between here and Moab. We drove from Amarillo yesterday. Needed some good rest.

Ever since they finished the I15 upgrade from Primm to NV, they changed it to a safety corridor, so it is probably the most super obvious speed trap coming out of CA. CA Side you can get away with +10 mph, but I don't chance that at all with the NHP, best to just set the cruise control and go the limit.

I'm about to leave LA in an hour or two, I won't be in until tomorrow dinner time anyways so I'm taking my time, can't do a 12 hour straight shot. Just finishing loading up and double checking things.

Plans changed, I ended up getting some extra hours in last night and this morning, so I'm going to take Monday off and make up the rest of my hours next week. I'm going to head down there this evening and stay until Monday evening. Hopefully I can get at least a couple trails in.

Neo, is it ok if I camp out at your place? It's just going to be me and I'll just be sleeping in the H3. Depending on the weather I might even just hang up my hammock, looks like it's not going to be too bad at night the next couple days.
