I ordered a grill guard last week that hasn't come in yet... If Amazon won't take it back I'll make someone a deal

Be sure and get it powder coated before you install it. I think they drove them past the powder coat shop at 65 mph. I need to pull mine and get it redone.

Thinking about having it sprayed with bedliner if I can find someone who will do it for a decent price. Has anyone tried the rattle can bedliner on a bumper?

Iron Bull bumpers are done with bedliner, though not necessarily rattle can. The challenge is that it becomes a mess off road when it hits the rocks, and it begins peeling. My BA was originally powdercoated but since has been sanded and painted. I can touch up the paint as necessary.

how you prep it is absolutely everything. I've had great luck with spray on, but you MUST sand, clean, clean, sand, clean, and then clean again. Once you've done that you must be certain the temperatures are within spec and that you follow, religiously, the directions.

oh yeah, and be sure it's clean.
