Yeah, something happened with the spindle nut. We fixed it at the car show and he was back on the trail with it. Good thing with a ton of H1's around you'll have a ton of parts handy :)

Rigid PCB - View attachment 10860

Aurora PCB - View attachment 10861

Rigid amp draw - View attachment 10862

Aurora amp draw - View attachment 10863

Rigid light pattern - View attachment 10864

Aurora light pattern - View attachment 10865 Much better than picture shows, nice wide pattern at 200', little wasted light.
I find it funny that even the heat shrink on both lights are the same. What are the odds?

looks like u have 2 different light patterns. One is pencil beam and second flood beam. Rigid can be ordered with different pattern( pencil or flood or combined flood outside/pencil inside if light is long enough) beam, Aurora?, I have same problem with ANZO LED HID they only come in pencil pattern.

I have had the aurora 20" led on my roof rack for over a year. It's dual flood and driving pattern. I have 1 6" Anzo led on each side of the aurora and the aurora is much brighter than those.

Are Anzos HID or just LED? and do u have any pick to compare?
I am thinking of switching 2 outside lights to flood pattern.

The anzo lights I have are LED. I think there are some photos in my garage with the lights on. I have some better ones on an sd card but my computer took a dump and safe mode doesn't recognize the sd cards
