Hello! I have a 2007 H3 and this is my first time with a 4x4, and I always modify my vehicles, so I'm hoping to learn a lot about what to do and what to avoid. I've redone the stereo, next step is wheels and tires. The previous owner had horrible taste in wheels lol

as everyone else is going to tell you DECHROME lol nobody is a fan of chrome on here.. I hope.. well especially not me if you've seen pics of my rig lol
also you can look into leveling with your new wheels tires depending on the size you go
just poke around the threads and see what you like!

Dechroming is a must, I'm going for an all-black look, we've already started swapping lights out for smoked and tinted replacements. For wheels in looking at the Tuff AT T10 20x12 on a 33 (gloss black). No level yet, which is my main question, I don't know if I can run a 20x12 -44 on a 33x12.50 without a level kit.

you don't need a level kit
look up YouTube videos on how to do a torsion bar crank on a h3
mine took me less than an hour to do but make sure you get an alignment after or your handling will be off and your tires will wear wrong
be careful with such wide wheels although it will look pretty cool if you like that wide stance look

Welcome from So Cal. Not everyone will tell you to dechrome. Nothing wrong with a little shiney parts. Do what you like and be happy with it.

Everyone has their own opinions but as it is his truck he can indeed do whatever he wants [emoji1362]

Agreed. While I like many of the blacked out H3s that I see on here, I'm not a fan of black wheels, and I prefer a bit of chrome. I like my chrome rims, grille, mirrors, door handles, and fuel door. Diffr'nt strokes for diffr'nt folks, it's all good!
