My name is Jeff McDonald and I’m retired from an oil and gas company. I recently picked up a 2007 H3 Base with 133k miles that we’ll keep at our place in NM. We previously owned a 2009 H3 Base and 2008 H3 Alpha while working in AK…great vehicles for the mountains and muddy/snowy conditions. The ‘07 was priced right but has needed ALOT of work…all fluids changed, tune up, replaced valve cover and intake manifold gaskets, fan clutch (2x), thermostat, radiator, coolant sensor, cross member bushing, shocks, bump stops…may be easier to recite what I haven’t replaced! I think it’s finally ready to go to NM.
