I like the paint color, but I'm not quite sure what the deal is with the "hood louvre". I guess if it's icy outside he could create a nonslip surface.

That's a base 3.7l non-adventure, no locker model. I have an '09 T 3.7l with a OEM rear locker w/81k miles for sale for $23k. Heck, I would even include the OEM UCP and a few extras if someone would be interested.
