man thats awesome how are you getting the hook up on all this! cant wait to see whats next

Last month an old buddy of mine that runs www.customoffsets.com started a show truck team called teamstance. He asked if I would be a sponsored truck for his team.. Since then I have picked up 6 sponsors (some partial) and have saved a lot of money on awesome custom gear.. Anyone who has a truck can join the team and after 30 days u qualify to be sponsored but u have to be voted in by all sponsored members.. Even by just joinin the team u get major discounts on offroad gear...

Lucky you.

Any tips on how to go about gaining partial sponsors? Is it just people coming up to you or seeing your truck on the forums or what?

It's a little bit of both!! I was initially approached about the very first with teamstance. Some company's I branched out to because there product fit a certain need of mine.. I contacted them through their company email explained who I was, what team I was on, which product of there's I was looking for, and how I could promote their product... Then I sent pics of my truck including concept pics of my final goal.. I also have their logos on my truck as a mobile display for them..
What ur going to run into is that no one makes hummer parts anymore and their is such a small market. I just explain how rare and unique my rig is and that their custom work shows people their business' custom ability to build a product for anything.. So far most sponsors have had to custom build all my stuff..

325 still isn't bad when I think of labor. I went to a shop that wanted that much just to plug it into a computer. I'm going to find a 4x4 shop around me and see what they quote me

they wont sell it because its not a real kit. They will sell you the "builder" parts for it. The "kit" would want to be installed by them.
