This is why I love our west coast cars...taking apart even 100k+ mile cars is smooth sailing thanks to zero rust.
I left the bottom of the fan shroud off, because I didn't want to trim the lower portion.I just cut all the front the front suspension off an H3T, getting prepped for a new solid axle. The truck has a 1" body lift on it, and I noticed during the steering rack removal that the intermediate shaft is really stretched to the limit. I also noticed that the fan shroud has been rotated half-way, and then marked "do not fully close". I assume this is because the fan will rub the bottom of the shroud if you don't leave it un-latched? Whatever the case...I'm still amazed that anyone would want a body lift. Seems like a bunch of headaches for very little gain. Unlike most trucks...the H3 is a very precise and "tight" rig. A one-inch body lift is enough of a difference to throw-off several components, and I question why anyone would mess with it.
Around here...I throw body-lifts in the same pile as wheel-spacers and indexed torsion keys.
W/O bodylift:I like man great job...I'm still undecided weather going with a 1 inch or a 2 inch...but seems like I'm leaning more towards the 1 inch body lift...just because H3on40's said that he had to mod something with his transmission (like a cable or so). Did you get any fender Rubin with the 37's when at full flex...and if so did the body lift has help with such rubbing ?

The bolt aren't loosening up...the biscuits are shrinking.
After the first time you rip the inner fenders...the problem is cured. Can't rip what's no longer there.
