001.jpg003.jpg Why if it isnt a set of CBUCP... This UCP is designed to protect all vital components and take a Brutal Beating at the same time... Rock Solid.. I am very happy with this.. Will be installing this week, and will post some pics of it installed.. I am lucky that I live real close and was able to get the original set.. Thanks CBphoto for designing and having these built for our Hummers... If you ordered some, I understand that they are being built as we speak, or while I do at least.. Now all I need is some Sliders and Hunner skids..:)

I've got some OEM cages already -- they've really stood up to the test of time. Just curious.

As 3Hummers said, CBphoto...I decided to go with these over the OEM... Any problem anyone would have with anything getting thru the OEM was resolved with these.. I am very happy with these..

I don't believe that a price can be mentioned on this site due to CBphoto not paying for a Vendor Sponsorship.

If you PM him or Pappibri they can give you a price or his email address.

They are made out of thick wall round tube instead of the square tube. I have a set of older round tube UCP that I have beat the piss out of and they don't have any bend to them unlike the GM UCP which looked like a rainbow after 1 wheeling season.

Can't wait to get my set of the NEWER CBUCP design. CB redesigned the front mounting protion on his second run of CBUCP to accomidate both types of crossmembers. Those with the mounting tab and those with the newer style crossmember.

NO, you can contact CBphoto - NOT MUTAINT!

ONCE AGAIN I WILL STATE THAT I HAVE NOTHING, REPEAT NOTHING TO DO WITH CBphotos BUSINESS DEALINGS NOR DO I GAIN ANYTHING FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE FROM ANY SALE OF ANY OF THE CBphoto PRODUCT LINE.

I am just a good friend of CB who lives near by, and YES we do communicate a lot. Especially about making HUMMER stuff and what GM has droppend the ball on.
I can help with information about the product but I know nothing of any of the costs involved nor do I care to.

Does anyone off the top of their head know if these will still work with Rancho 4" lift kit. I know some guys have had issues with UCP not working, or maybe it was just the H3 skid plate.

I think the Rancho H3/H3T peeps can use the rear portion (T-case) of the CBUCP, but have to have the front Kustom made or modified to fit woht the Rancho Bars but not 100%. 06H3 or another Rancho Lifted H3/H3T owner who actully wheels their rig would know.

I know CBphoto mentioned about making just the rear portion (T-case) of the CBUCP for someone who asked on another forum (Rancho Lifted H3T I believe).
He said "sure can".

Yea this will not bolt in to a rancho lifted rig...the rear piece will work though. If u rancho urs (SChummer) and want a set I can make u the front. I may just have to contact rancho and ask for replacement bars so I can build it and send u a set...

Nice to finally meet you face to face also. Nice rig you have!

Hope to get that H3 out to Rocks & Valleys very soon and see the smile on your face wheeling her (now that the vitals are FULLY protected)!

Well took off the CBUCP to see how much carnage showed up on the hard hits I have felt while wheeling... Here is a couple of pics, and as you can see these are some solid units.. The one little bend on the one side is where the weight of the rig came down on a rock.. Good design probably saved some real carnage to my rig... Thumbs up on these... Oh yeah, and as you can see, they are all cleaned up awaiting the next time I go wheeling..:thumbs:007.jpg008.jpg009.jpg

I have these too. Fairly easy install and very solid. Haven't played on very much rock but I did dent the gas tank skid plate.
