Of course there is. Do you know of an H3 without ABS? Again, I think I got lucky in that the reservoir never got low enough to introduce air into any of the other lines. I've bled lines in other vehicles with ABS as well, and never had to do anything with the ABS/scanner.

I'm not 100% sure that's the case. All 4 wheels' brake lines go all the way to the master cylinder; at no point are they common. So if I didn't allow the reservoir to get all the way down, the only line with air in it should be the one that I blew. I'll look closer tomorrow when I dig into...

Careful; spacers might solve the rubbing on the inside of the tire against the swaybar, but it might also increase the chance of the outside of the tire rubbing on the fender lip when turning.

Neither one is a hot rod that is going to yank your arms off. The difference is that the I5 is working it's ass off nearly all of the time to push a 5K lb truck along, whereas the V8 takes it in stride.

Not bad, not bad. Regarding the tow hooks on the H3; I learned from the Hummer H3 Launch Book that the H3's tow hooks are each bolted directly to the frame, and are designed to support the entire weight of the H3. In other words, you could hang the truck in the air from any one of the three.

Those last pics were not his, they were something he found on the net to show what he's meaning. I honestly don't see the same thing on your tires, although it's hard to judge just from a pic. If you are seeing something that concerns you, then it might be worth taking it in to a good tire...

Wow, that all sucks. You've got a rare H3, being an Alpha T along with the Adventure pkg. Fairly low mileage, too; I'd do what ever it took to rebuild and get back on the road, although I understand that sometimes that just isn't possible based on personal circumstances. Maybe park it and buy...
