ok my goal is to be at 170 by my b-day, June 22! I'm at 190 now. I quit caffeine and I stopped eating out and eating junk food and my I'm hitting the gym more consistently. I just need to not give up on it. I like this thread, let's keep it going!

You have 77 days so 11 weeks at around 2lbs a week you'll be golden!

well, I'm down about 5 lbs from 2 weeks ago so that's good. I finally quit soda and junk food, except for the occasional fruit snacks. I started drinking fizzy mineral water because I was so hooked on soda. Soda is too sugary for me now, at least that's what I keep telling myself so I won't drink it.

anyways, today's motivational picture is making me want to go rock climbing again. it's like rock crawling but way cheaper and my insurance actually pays for body damage!

also, I'm not an expert in lady's underpants, but she does not appear to be wearing any. weird.

Good work man...my problem is Juice and alcohol it is worst when I combine them lol.
I been now in the gym for close to a month and really see more definition than when I first started I got to take some pics soon and compare.

And BTW underpants are overrated...commando all the way...lol

I've been sick for the last week and I finally caved and cheated on my diet. Being sick is one of the biggest struggles in fitness.

They say to eat right 80% of the time. You can't deny yourself all the time. Every time I want some BBQ or a hamburger, I just tell myself that I'll get some on Saturday and that works.

Ah the infamous cheat day, I always set mine for saturday but end up messing up during the week and skipping it. My first bodybuilding competition is on august 29th so I have 5 months to get shredded. Hopefully thats enough.

So many dumb people at my gym. a couple of days ago, one guy was squatting in the ONE sitting overhead press rack we have. The day before a different guy was using 3 sets of dumbbells, 2 of them stacked as supports for his hands while his feet were up on the bench doing dips, oh and he would leave for about 5 min between sets to jump rope. And don't get me started on the guy curling in the squat rack...

One of the many reasons I now have a home gym. Don't have to deal with any of that crap

Same deal at my 24 hrs that's why I usually go at 2300 or around 0900-1000 those time seem to be the best one to work out no laggers or dush bags then...I been to the gym for 2 months and I'm down 16 pounds...and a bit more tone even my wife has notice it...I still have ways to go but I am set and in the right track imo.

Congrats on hitting 300. My personal gripe is people who sit there and text, e-mail or search for their favorite work out music as they block a piece of equipment.
