We are all entitled to our own opinions. We are all entitled to mod our vehicles as much as we desire or can afford as well.

I love how my H3 has turned out over the years. I have no regrets with the line-x. I like the rough surface much better than traditional paint and clear.

I couldn't agree more. This is no different than the 2's in my area with ever piece of Ebay chrome known to man. I think they look horrible but to each his own. Hell I'd even help install the stuff if I was asked to help! Modding is modding, doesn't matter what you're doing. If it is what you want on your rig then I say go for it!

Shop quoted me about 300-500$ if they do all the work for my fenders. That is with the extra coatings, is that fair? I was planning on doing all the prep work so it would only be around 100-200$ i'm guessing.

That's seems on par with what others have paid. If you can get premium for $200 they are probably hurting for business pretty bad.

It definitely works. I wouldn't be much help comparing it for you. The one I had before didn't fit properly and got literally no reception. With this antenna installed I definitely get radio stations coming in clearly though.

Some of us mod our rigs for are own benefit, not caring what others think, although appreciating positive comments about our work. Mr H3 Ray, "Tacky" really. Sometimes you say it best, when you say nothing at all. Anyway, benlaud, loved your rig before and love it just as much now. Well done brother.

Never saw this thread before but as a guy thinking about Line x on his H3 this really pushes me more towards doing it. I love how your H3 turned out and can only wish to have something that nice over the next year of work! Love it

If you can line-x it you will never regret it. Just had my exterior done a couple months back. Will do the undercarriage and interior floors and maybe cargo area sometime.

Monstaliner is another DIY Option. I did my FJ80 a few years back. Low cost and looks good, lots of colors to choose from. Rolls on.

I was quoted $5500 for interior/exterior and under body. Custom pattern and designed exterior using 5 different color setup and logo.
