It was very difficult for me to get away for this trip. Based on my projects in the development pipeline and how the workload is building I can see that end of the year is going to be even more difficult, if not impossible, for me to get away. I hope to be able to squeeze October in but based on what I know I doubt it is going to happen. I have three development deals in Houston alone that entitlement schedules show coming together October through December. Throw in deals under construction and other development deals and it gets worse. I am negotiating two California construction projects that combined are another 200mm in revenue. Some of this may not happen but if half of it does the next couple of years are going to be ballbusters.

Good deal! I have a bone to pick with Wipeout Hill. It'll be nice to do it with you hanging out and not having to break out any tools (I've since purchased every tool I did not have that was broken out during last year's repair but the goal is to not need them, of course).
