What did you do with your H3 recently? NEW

No I don't hear a drone, but haven't driven it at 80 mph yet. When I had the old muffler cut off, just trying it out, that was a drone.

Called up Rancho and got a warranty replacement Front Diff -rear mount- coming my way... the lower bushing somehow got destroyed and ripped away from the bolt (the bolt is still there)

Wish you asked them if they Will they make kits again for the H3 in the future? [emoji1]

Well I am worried that they are running out of replacement parts, so I am going to measure up these new bushings before they go on so I can cross reference them to the Energy Bushings list and see if there is a replacement available when the finally do run out!

Headlight socket melted, bought a replacement and Osram bulbs.

Tbar crank settled at 25.2 inches. Going back to fix that.

Created grill inserts... but now thinking how to open hood project failed... but i see on ebay a lot of inserts.. hoe to open hood with inserts ? How can post photos ?

What is special about those UCA's?

As someone else stated, they are rebuildable, Uniball ball joint, inner heim joints. simply rebuild with common parts instead of having to buy a H3 specific entire control arm each time. Joints are all chromoly and the tubing is DOM all tig welded together.

My local mechanic wouldn't touch them to install them, could do them myself, but still face the issue of having to get an alignment which could mean taking the arms on and off several times to get it right = $$$$.
If anyone has any suggestions I'm listening lol.

First time on the dunes since the V8 swap.
The side airbags deployed when I hit a steep dune, threw me off the trail and gave me a bad burn on the shoulder. Seatbelts stopped working too.

Had to go easy on it from there. Otherwise, the 5.3 motor with the 4.56 differentials was like magic. Towed a Land cruiser and a Vitara out of a very messy situation while on my way back home.

Im gonna show up at the dealership with pitchforks tomorrow morning, try and get a free replacement.
