What did you do with your H3 recently? NEW

The ARB air compressor was not running. I do not have ARB air lockers etc on this H3 so I only use the compressor for airing up tires.

What was your total amp load? ARB air comps pull a lot of amps.

The sPod does have Bluetooth functionality. Sucks about your controll GreatDane. You should have sent it back so they can do a root cause analysis on it. Key for product improvement.

What I think is crazy is that the fuse holder melted!

I thing the wire you used was more then up for the job as well!!

Was it engine heat that melted it, or are we sure it was from a huge current draw?

The wire harness from my lights, air compressor etc was all wrapped with high temp protection under the hood to the firewall run along the side under the hood. 3 lights running is pretty low.

Installed a set of JKS front sway bar disconnects. Model JKS 2001. Look forward to using them in April.

How's the sway bar disconnect, I snapped my end link long time ago, couldn't find anything to replace my rancho one, does it come with two disconnects on top and bottom?cause the pic shows only one for the bottom
Do I need to buy 2 more bolts seperately? Thanks

Ben, it only comes with 1. I had to order extra studs and pins. No were to rotate them out of the way on a H3, so I plan on removing it completely.

Installed the new RTT:

Sold my old CVT tent in the fall as it was starting to show its age.

So far this one seems to be better built then my CVT but then again it was from 2013 so I don't know how much the new CVT tents have changed since then.

Better zippers, better mattress foam, extension separator bar so rain and snow doesn't pool... More to come once the field test is completed.... Just need the new fuel pump to come

I had a customer that felt the standard H3 I5 torsion bars where to weak / soft and he tried the 30.5mm H3 Alpha torsion bars and thought they where too strong / firm so I worked with my machine shop guys at work and sandblasted / machine sanded them down to 30.0mm like the ARB ones and then hard coated them. Yes I applied my little side companies logo because I am proud of the custom work I try to offer. The hard coating is a multi step process and then clear coated to keep them from chipping or weathering here in the midwest. If you are interested in a pair please PM me. I will post up in the proper for sale area too.

Moses gets a new radiator and antenna

After 170,000 miles my old radiator finally started leaking. I replaced it and used this video: https://youtu.be/OSUCaKoyCgQ
Way easier than I thought it would be.

A Ham friend told me the best HF antenna for mobile use is usually the biggest antenna you can find. So, I found a "huge" antenna. It'll have to come off when riding trails, but it is just amazing for Ham radio.



I've named my Hummer "Moses" He wore a red robe, carried a big stick, and parted the water.

Insatlled a new fuel pump.... broke a hard brake line as I was jacking the tank back into place.... so now I am trying to decide if i will buy some line and a flaring tool and bend some up myself or just try and buy a pre-bent replacement..

Any suggestions?
