Well, I'm taking Barney in for an eval. They wanted me to come in a few months down the road anyways to make sure all the bolts were tight and everything, so we'll just see what comes of it.

They will probably do a re-torque they do that after the first few hundred miles after the install. Im sure the squeak is nothing major...it doesn't sound like anything out of the ordinary.

Yeah, I crawled under the truck and nothing looks different...other than the lift components!

I'm sure a little grease here or there will quiet it down.

Doing well. He's got a clean bill of health. Changed the oil a week ago and he's got about 23k on the clock now. Sometimes I'm floored by how much I've changed in just 20k miles! ...And there's still room for more, right??

Yeah, definitely. I'm not sure what's up next for the mods. Guess we'll see where the truck takes me. :)

How are those bump stops working for you?

They've been great, no worries at all. And I've checked every now and again to make sure they're actually in there, as I know some folks' have fallen out with this particular kit.

The rear rides pretty stiff because I added 2 leaf springs, and I will probably change that back to 1 add-a-leaf eventually since I added the Warrior extended shackles back there anyhow.

Its sad, 4 year degrees arent what they used to be.

Agreed. Now you're expected to go. It's like high school is jr. high and college is high school... I'll go for a master's eventually...hopefully on an employer's dime!

I just read an article that said 1 in 2 recent grads with a bachelors degree is unemployed and grad school enrollment is nearing al time highs. If you don't mind me asking Hans3t what major are you studying?

I'll be receiving a BS in Management & Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing.

Don't be discouraged by the market. Where there is a will, there is a way. I know a lot of my buddies have sort of put their tails in between there legs and plan on just moving home and finding part-time junk... Stay vigilante, throw a lot of lines out, and a fish will bite.

I'm sure if you asked my old man what my major was, he might say that!!

Hey all...

Ok, so I've had the lift on now for about 2,xxx miles. I have developed a bit of a squeak that happens when I'm turning at low speeds, like when I turn into my driveway or pulling into a parking spot.

I presume it might be the a-arms or something...but I'm no mechanic. Does anyone have any suggestions to diagnose and/or quell the squeak?

I appreciate any advice! Thanks!
