A little update on squeaky, I am now around 148k miles which means I have hit 20,000 miles on the solid axle swap and 11,000 on the V8 swap. Its crazy to think I have put 11k on the new motor since May!
Other then driving it everyday and wheeling it modification wise I have not done much lately. I picked up a bigger compressor because my little pep boy special compressor takes forever to air up 37s. With the new one I figure I can air up three tires in the time it takes the little one to do one. I also picked up a snatch block for my winch. Replaced my wiring harness/box for the winch under warranty, not sure why it crapped out but it was intermittently working.
Also I had my fill with the gas tank skid. It was beat to ****. It wouldn't line up for all the bolts to go in. The bolts also got snagged on a rock the night I broke my rear axle shaft on sledgehammer so I called up Zach and got a new OEM replacement that I had plated with steel. I went this route because it was easier then building one from scratch. Here's a video

On top of that instead of using the little bolts that came stock, I drilled out the threaded holes in the crossmember and used these cool ruffstuff threaded inserts.

Now I have my reinforced gas tank skid with larger bolts that can hopefully take more abuse and with the little plates in front of the bolts it should protect them better as well.
Other then that I am in the process of getting an Eaton HO72 rear end. The Eaton HO72 is a full float housing and the axle that was used before the 14 bolt. It does share a lot with the 14 bolt, axle shafts, disc brake kits and auto lockers are all interchangeable. There is argument that this axle is stronger then the 14 bolt with its load bolt design which the 14 bolt doesnt have and 3rd pinion bearing like the 14 bolt. Lastly it has a removable 3rd member like toyota axles and the ford 9in! There are cheap and theres a 24 page thread on pirate and the average post is, I threw this axle in for 300 bucks ran it on 44in boggers, 500 horsepower for 11 years and it never broke. They are to stupid to break. I have my ABS ideas and initially I will run a detroit or grizzly locker and if I dont like it I will put in a 14 bolt ARB, they can be modified to work with the eaton.
The 10 bolt has been a GREAT axle and time and time again with countless abuse it held up with much of my surprise, since I broke a stock shaft I need chromoly shafts. I can get them made but i need to send a stock one because the H3 doesnt share 10 bolt shafts with anyone else (different lengths) and I need the neck downs to be the same so the tone ring can slide on. OEM shafts are 300+ bucks plus shipping it and chromo shafts being made its not worth it. After I pull the 10 bolt I will pull the shaft and get dimensions if others want chromoly shafts made.
