Sweet. I've been thinking about making my own, but I would need a good base to start with.

Pulled off the Blizzaks and put 35's back on. Apologies to everyone running 32's, but I just thought the Hummer looked silly all winter. Kind of like it was rolling on 4 temporary spares. Looks better now in my opinion.

Checking things out and noticed grease around the wheel well and back side of brakes. Ok, probably boot fail. Degreased it, power washed it and now squeaky clean, BUT, I can't find a tear in the boot. So I figured I would drive a few miles and some grease would come out exposing the tear. Can't find it, searched several times.
Strange, it has to be there somewhere there surely is some residual grease in there. It's not making any noise but I don't trust it now.
It's always something............. lol

Don't think so, boot on ball joints looks good. Too much grease anyway for that.

I am going under there tonight and pull the wheel again and see if driving some more has marked where it is with grease.

I just changed out my drivers side CV shaft and the passenger side wheel bearing. Oh and I got my new tires! only 285/75R16 BF Goodrich all terrains but I had to lift my butt up into the seat so its better than stock. and I have not leveled it out yet!

"Fixed" my passenger headlight today. And when I say "fixed" I mean I had to pop it back onto the ball-ended screw it clips on to. Pulled up to IFA and noticed my passenger headlight was aiming about 2 feet low, got out and checked it and noticed the headlight was wobbling up and down for some reason. I couldn't figure out how it broke, but fortunately when I got home I took another look and found that the top clip had simply popped off! I have no idea how that happened, those things are clipped on pretty tight. When I replaced the driver headlight after the crash I played around with the old one and it took some force to pop it off the posts. It was fine last night, so sometime between last night and this afternoon it popped loose. Search me.

Also noticed that my engine code that came up after I replaced my battery went away on it's own at some point as well. It was a P0411 (Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected). Not sure what happened there either.

Gremlins...

I'll probably be ordering one soon! If the one h3x brush guard deal doesn't go through. I'm leaning towards yours though seeing the fact you have the tabs welded on for lighting!
